Hey there, I'm Sam, a proud Aussie born and bred in Perth, WA.
I'm not your typical personal trainer. Growing up overweight was tough—I struggled with self-esteem and confidence, and I also experienced being bullied for my size. Despite trying countless diets, detoxes, fitness routines & even failed lap banding surgery, I found myself stuck in a cycle of weight issues, tipping the scales at 130kgs.
But everything changed when I met a personal trainer who transformed my life. With their unwavering support, I halved my body weight, ran my first half marathon, and embraced a healthier lifestyle, even through two healthy pregnancies.
Inspired by my own journey, I became determined to help others achieve similar transformations supported by someone that actually gets it.
As a coach, I offer more than just fitness advice; I offer empathy and understanding from my own experiences. I know firsthand the challenges of weight loss and the joy of overcoming them.
